Timothy A. Parker

Timothy Allen Parker, age 54, of Stover, passed away unexpectedly Monday, January 5, 2015, at Lake Regional Health System in Osage Beach.
He was born October 1, 1960, in Sioux City, Iowa, a son of Thomas and Nettie Emma Barclay Parker.
He grew up in Iowa and attended Western Iowa Technical School.
Tim served his country in the United States Air Force.
He worked in construction and was a man who could work on or fix about anything.
Tim served as a volunteer fireman with the Stover Rural Fire Department.
He moved to the Stover area several years ago, where he could spend time outdoors, hunting and fishing. Tim enjoyed being on his motorcycle and watching auto racing. He also looked forward to spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include, his mother, Nettie Hasse of New Mexico; his significant other, Latisha Byrd of the home; three sons, Timothy Chad Parker of Texas; Kelly French and Malachi Byrd both of Stover; three daughters, Patience Destiny Parker of Houston, Texas; Marcella "Sally" LeClair of Stover and Susan Marie Mackey of Sedalia; three sisters, Gaylene Lara of Sioux City, Iowa; Vicki Timperley of Nebraska and Bev Shuey of Nebraska; seven grandchildren, Tiffany Koeller, Christopher LeClair, Tanner and Thomas Mackey, Samantha Parker and Christian and Jase Ryan Giersdorf, five great grandchildren, Abigal and Dustin Koeller, Ryker Rex, Kiam and Eamon Mackey (his sixth great grandchild is due in September), along with other relatives and many friends.
Tim was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Parker.
A Celebration of Tim’s life will be at 10:30 am Saturday, January 17, at the Christ Lutheran Church in Stover, with Military funeral honors immediately following the service.
