Teresa Lynn Ryun, age 51, of Stover, died unexpectedly Saturday, December 29, 2012 at her home.
She was born June 21, 1961, in Kansas City, Missouri a daughter of William and Janice Rasa Ryun.
Teresa was a 1979 graduate of Winnetonka High School in North Kansas City.
She worked as a waitress in various restaurants before her health failed her.
She was a member of the Stover First Baptist Church.
Teresa enjoyed playing Bingo. Her greatest enjoyment came from being around people. She truly loved spending time with her family or talking with friends on the phone.
Survivors include two sons, Michael Ryun of Venice, Florida and Travis Ryun of Stover; her longtime friend, Tony Bailey of Stover; brothers and sisters, Ann Black and husband Jim of Stover; William "Sonny" Ryun, Jr. of Kansas City; Ronnie Ryun and wife Tammy of Northmore and Betty Campbell and husband Vearl of Kansas City; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Teresa was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, Stanley and Patrick Ryun and one sister, Jeanie Stansill.
A Celebration of Teresa's life will be held at 11:0 a.m. Saturday, January 12, at Stover First Baptist Church with Rev. Travis Smith officiating.
