Sherri Lynn Allen

Sherri Lynn Allen, age 50, of Stover, Missouri died Thursday, May 3, 2012, at her home.
She was born December 2, 1961, in San Diego, California a daughter of Harlen Jared and Sharon Kay Healey Spencer.
On April 21, 2000, Sherri was united in marriage to Joseph Noel "Sonny" Allen, who survives at their home.
Sherri resided in California until this past March, when she and "Sonny" moved to Missouri so they could be near his family.
She enjoyed stamp collecting and doing crafts.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her mother, Sharon Kay Chesnut of Ridgecrest, California; three stepsons, Scott Allen of Texas; Jason Allen of Florida and Justin Allen of Iowa; three brothers, Gordon Chesnut, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida; Robert Spencer of Cary, North Carolina and James Chesnut of Casper, Wyoming; six sisters, Marty Chesnut of Yuma, Arizona; Lynn Zepeda of Anaheim, California; Vera Chesnut of Felton, California; Merri Deckers of Yuma, Arizona; Teresa Chesnut of Ashville, North Carolina and Christy Campbell of Corona, California; one step granddaughter, Aliese Allen of Iowa; her mother and father-in-law, Carol and Randy Randall of Stover, along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, Harlan Spencer.
In keeping with her wishes, she was cremated. Service arrangements are pending.
