Rosalie Williams

Rosalie Williams age 83, of the Enon community, near Russellville, died Monday night, June 18, 2012, at Eldon Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
She was born March 10, 1929, in Enon, a daughter of Claud and Mary Ann Shikles Williams, who preceded her in death.
As a young woman Rosalie worked at Weber Shoe Factory in Tipton for several years, before opening Rosalie's Salon in Enon. She was the local beautician for the Enon and Russellville communities, cutting hair until this past year. She was also the hairdresser for many nursing homes, traveling to Eldon, Osage Beach and the Jefferson Manor in Jefferson City.
She was a lifelong, faithful and active member of the Enon Baptist Church, where she regularly attended Sunday school.
Rosalie truly enjoyed visiting the local nursing homes, but most of all she loved the time she spent with her sister and brother-in-law and her nieces and nephews.
Survivors include her sister and brother-in-law, Wanda and Virgle Farris of Enon; a nephew and three nieces and their spouses, Ron and Jeanna Farris of St. Louis; Cheryl and Gary West of Russellville; Judy and Joe Lee of Melbourne, Florida and Karen and Jim O'Farrell of Wentzville; great nieces and nephews and their spouses; Mark and Dianna Farris, Amanda Farris, Jennifer and Scott Call, Scott and Shanna West, Julie West, Marlisa and Tony Marlow, Jimmy Lee and Jessica Lee, great-great nieces and nephews, Jacob and Molly Farris, Sierra and Silas Call, Kaylee, Matthew and Lillian West, Rodney Lee and Alisa and Brielle Marlow, along with other relatives and many friends.
Funeral services will be 10:30 a.m. Saturday, June 23, at the Enon Baptist Church with Rev. Gary Digby officiating. Interment will be in the Enloe Cemetey west of Russellville.
The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Friday, June 22, at the Scrivner-Morrow Funeral Home in Russellville.
