Randy Brewer, age 68, of Ivy Bend, passed away Saturday, May 11, 2024 at his home.
It was on the 30th day of March in 1956, that George and Ginny Brewer welcomed, their only son, Randall, into their home in Lee's Summit.
Randy was a jack of all trades. He liked to tinker around and turned that into a mechanic job. He could tinker around and fix just about anything.
Having bonfires, taking rides on golf carts, or just sitting around talking with his friends and family was the thing Randy enjoyed most. He also liked to go boating on the lake. He had a hot wheels car collection and liked going to concerts.
Left to carry on his legacy is his son, Bryce Brewer of Excelsior Springs; his daughter and son-in-law, Sandra and Lee Oberle of Lee's Summit; a granddaughter, Makayla Humble of Lee's Summit; along with several friends, nieces, and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents; three sisters, Diana Jones, Linda Hedrick, and Patricia Carmack; and his niece, Charla.
In keeping with his wishes he will be cremated. A service will be planned at a later date.
