Michael Dean Wells

Michael Dean Wells, age 45, of Woodland Park, Colorado, formerly of Stover, passed away Sunday, August 3, 2008, at his home.
He was born October 30, 1962, in Nevada, Missouri a son of Orville and Sharon Wells.
Mike married Jill Evenson in July of 1991 and to this union two sons were born, Tanner and Jacob.
Survivors include his mother, Sharon Wells of Stover; sons, Tanner and Jacob of Colorado and Tyler Wells of Missouri, daughter, Mallory of Missouri and granddaughter Clara of Missouri; brother, Charles Wells of Laurie and sister, Anita Bumgardner and husband Cliff of Stover; also many nieces and nephews, whom loved their uncle Mike dearly, as well as a host of other family and many, many friends.
He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Jill and father Orville Wells, as well as maternal and paternal grandparents.
Services were held Thursday, August 7, at the Woodland Park Christian Church in Woodland Park, Colorado with burial in the Woodland Park Cemetery. Mike was laid to rest in the place he loved with the pine trees blowing and surrounded by mountains.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 16, at
the Scrivner-Morrow Funeral Home in Stover. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to the Tanner and Jacob Wells memorial fund in care of Scrivner-Morrow Funeral Home.
