MaDonna Faye Sidebottom, age 78, of Stover, died Thursday, February 7, 2013, at her home.
She was born September 23, 1934, in Stover, daughter of Arnold and Thelma Gillispie Marriott, who preceded her in death.
Donna Faye married Milton Sidebottom and to this union four sons were born. Milton survives in Versailles.
She was a 1952 graduate of Stover High School.
Donna Faye retired as a Deputy County Clerk after working in the Morgan County Courthouse for many years.
She was a member of the Stover First Baptist Church.
She enjoyed cooking, rug making, Westerns and was an avid NASCAR fan. Her greatest enjoyment came from spending time at home and being with her family.
Survivors include four sons and two daughters-in-law, Gregory Kim Sidebottom of Stover; Ivan Lee and Carmen Sidebottom of Liberty; Robin Wayne Sidebottom of Phoenix, Arizona and Randy Milton and Michelle Sidebottom of Liberty; a sister and brother-in-law, Helen Marie and Merle Welpman of Bedford, Texas; a brother, Galen Marriott of Stover; eleven grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be 1:30 p.m. Monday, February 11, at the Scrivner-Morrow Funeral Home in Stover with Rev. Steve Robinson officiating. Interment will be in the Stover Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until service at the funeral home on Monday. Memorial contributions are suggested to the charity of the donor's choice.
