Lewis Edward "Eddie" Raney

Lewis Edward “Eddie” Raney, 64 of Tipton, passed away, Sunday, November 22, 2020 at his home.

He was born January 21, 1956 in Kansas City, MO, a son of Andrew Maxon and Mary Ann (Steen) Raney.

Eddie was a member of the Church of Christ in East Independence, MO where he was baptized. He was a graduate of Young High School in Independence. Eddie enjoyed working on and being a small engine mechanic.

Survivors include his children, Daniel, Rusty and Rachel Raney; his mother, Mary Ann Knowles; three siblings, Vivian Maples of LaMonte, Curtis Raney of the state of California, Teressa Ann King of Springfield.

In addition to his father he was preceded in death by his wife Teresa Raney and one brother Mark Steven Raney.

No services are scheduled at this time for Eddie. Arrangements are in the care of Meisenheimer Funeral Home in Tipton, MO.
