Jack L. Chaloupek, age 59, of Russellville, died Saturday, January 19, 2008, at his home.
He was born September 2, 1948, in Wray, Colorado a son of Eugene and Ila Milholland Chaloupek. His mother, Ila M. Parker, survives in Jefferson City.
He was a graduate of Russellville High School and Lincoln University. He served his country in the United States Army.
Jack worked for Pathway's Community Healthcare, Inc. in Jefferson City. He attended the Russellville United Methodist Church.
He is also survived by a daughter, Bailey Kennan and husband Brian, St. Mary's, Kansas; a son, Josh Chaloupek and fiancee` Gloria Starkey, Topeka, Kansas; twin grandsons, Alexander and Benedict Kennan, special friend, Tina Spillman, brothers and sisters, Connie Arriola and husband Michael, Randy Chaloupek and wife Sherry, Sue Chipley and husband Jimmie, Dean Parker and wife Betty, Kay Woodford and husband Steve and Roy Parker and wife Theresa, several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.
Jack was preceded in death by his father, Eugene Chaloupek and stepfather, Glen I. Parker.
Memorial services will be 3:30 P.M. Tuesday, January 22, at the Russellville United Methodist Church with Pastor Jeannie Martin-Webb officiating. Military funeral honors will be rendered following the service. Contributions are suggested to Hospice.
