Ila Mae Parker

Ila M. Parker, age 86, of Russellville, passed away, Saturday, March 9, 2013, at Adams Street Place in Jefferson City.
She was born January 24, 1927, in Denver, Missouri, a daughter of William and Blondena Kerns Milholland.
She married Eugene Chaloupek, who preceded her in death. On February 22, 1959, in Owassa, Oklahoma, Ila married Glen I. Parker, who preceded her in death September 14, 2006.
She was a homemaker, busy raising her family.
Ila was a faithful member of the Russellville United Methodist Church.
She enjoyed embroidery, playing the piano, reading Westerns and "wallpapering." Ila never met a stranger and her home was always open to welcome anyone who stopped in. However, her greatest enjoyment came from being with her family.
She is survived by six children, Kay Woodford and husband Steve of Jacksonville, Florida; Roy Parker and wife Teresa of Columbia; Dean Parker and wife Betty of Russellville; Connie Arriola and husband Mike of California; Randy Chaloupek and wife Sherry of Russellville and Sue Chipley and husband Jimmie of Lake Ozark; three sisters, Betty McBee and husband Jim of Paoli, Colorado; Norma Ogden and husband Rocky of Cheyenne, Wyoming and Judy Budd and husband "Blackie" of Wheatland, Wyoming; her stepmother, Juanita Milholland of Colorado; eighteen grandchildren, Chris, Cindy, Andrew, Jenny, Dena, Danette, Derek, Dana, Mike, Josh, Bailey, Kalan, Amanda, Elizabeth, Erica, Brett, Brooklyn and Bethany, thirty-three great grandchildren, one great-great grandson, along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
In addition to her husband, Ila was preceded in death by her parents, William Milholland and Blondena White, one son, Jack Chaloupek and three brothers, Don, Bill and Allen Milholland.
Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, March 13, at the Scrivner-Morrow Funeral Home in Russellville with pastor Jeannie Martin-Webb officiating. Interment will be in the Enloe Cemetery west of Russellville.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon until service time at the funeral home on Wednesday. Memorial contributions are suggested to the American Diabetes Association.
