Goldie May Lawson

Goldie May Lawson, age 89, of Sedalia, formerly of Green Ridge, passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2015, at Silvia G. Thompson Residence Center in Sedalia. She was born November 30, 1925, in Cole Camp, a daughter of Charles and Bessie Smith Lawson.
Goldie loved playing with her dolls and holding her nieces and nephews until they got big enough to get in her stuff.
Survivors include one sister, Shirley Ransdell of Green Ridge; one brother, Cecil (Norma) Lawson of Higginsville; ten nieces and five nephews; and several great nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, two sisters, Violet Rumans and Fay Linney; one brother, Earl Lawson; two nephews and one niece.
Funeral Services will be 1:30 pm Monday, February 9, 2015 at the Scrivner-Morrow Funeral Home in Stover with the family receiving friends from 12:30 pm until service time. Interment will be in the Stover Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to Donor's Choice.
