Glenda Louise Ranabargar, 75, of Centertown, passed away Wednesday, June 13, 2018, at University Hospital in Columbia, Missouri.
She was born November 29, 1942, in Centertown, Missouri, the daughter of the late Boyd and Frances (Lister) Swearingen.
She was united in marriage on February 8, 1958, at the Centertown Baptist Church to Darrell Lee "Bo" Ranabargar who preceded her in death on September 13, 2017.
Glenda began her career working as a cook for the Centertown Public School. However, she was as a supervisor for the Missouri Department of Revenue for the majority of her professional career.
Glenda loved spending time with her family. She enjoyed traveling with her husband and spending their retirement together wintering in southern Texas. She also enjoyed cooking for her family and being a seamstress.
She was a member of the Centertown Baptist Church and the Order of Eastern Star.
Survivors include a son, Dan Ranabargar, Russellville; three grandchildren, Derek (Courtney) Ranabargar, Holts Summit; Erika Leonard, Jefferson City; and Jon (Katlyn) Lueckenotte, Holts Summit; five great-grandchildren, Ethan, Cooper, Brendan, Hunter, and Dawson; and a sister, Jean Gibler, Jefferson City.
Glenda was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and a daughter, Leanna Dee Lueckenotte.
Visitation will be 10-11 a.m. Monday, June 18, 2018, at Centertown Baptist Church.
Funeral Services will be 11 a.m. Monday, June 18, 2018, at Centertown Baptist Church with the Rev. Stephen Bickel officiating.
Burial will be in Centertown Cemetery.
