Douglas Felber

Douglas Allen Felber, age 54, passed away Friday, May 7, 2016, at his home in Henley. He was born July 8, 1961 in Jefferson City, the son of Roy Paul and Shirley Emmerich Felber, who survive in Henley.
On January 29, 2006, he was united in marriage to Barbara Stafford who survives at their home.
Doug worked various construction jobs and at the Dollar General Warehouse.
He loved fishing with his son Dayton and riding his dirt bike around Henley. He also loved his dog, Clutch and would take him for a ride in his car. He loved building bonfires for his wife and barbequing in "Felber Park," that he worked so hard to build. He loved his family and would do anything to help them or strangers if they needed it.
In addition to his wife and parents, he survived by two sons, Dayton and Dustin Felber of Henley; one granddaughter Addyson Neeley of Jefferson City; four stepchildren, Nicole, Nathan, Emily, and Devon Stafford all of Jefferson City; a sister, Deborah "D.J." Allen Miller of California; four nephews, Jeremy, Justin, Josh, and Jordan Allen all of California; along with many nieces, nephews, cousins, and aunts.
Services will be held at a later date.
