Dennis Duffer

Dennis Harvey Duffer, 53, of Versailles, MO, passed away Saturday, April 30, 2022 at his home.

He was born April 8, 1969 in Columbia, MO, a son of Dennia Franklin and Retha Glenn (Edwards) Duffer.

Dennis enjoyed watching movies and listening to country music. He loved spending time with his sister Audrey, going on outings, talking on the phone together every night and attending First Baptist Church in Laurie.

Survivors include one sister, Audrey Shewmaker of Stover; and several step-nephews, cousins and friends.

In addition to both of his parents he was preceded in death by his grandparents, Harvey and Marie Duffer, Lloyd and Hazel Webb; and one brother-in-law, Doyle Shewmaker.

Visitation will be held from 1:00 p.m. until service time on Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at the Scrivner-Page-Dady Funeral Home in Versailles. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home with burial to follow at the Stover Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions are suggested to the family of Dennis with checks made payable to Audrey Shewmaker and may be left in care of Scrivner-Page-Dady Funeral Home.
