Anna L. Brandl-Hatcher

January 10, 1950 — March 17, 2021

Anna Louise Brandl-Hatcher, 71, of Osceola, MO, passed away Wednesday, March 17, 2021, at Citizens Memorial Healthcare in Bolivar.

She was born January 10, 1950, in St. Louis, MO, daughter of Oliver and Eula (Shipp) Brandl.

On August 24, 2002, in Sedalia, she was married to Gregory E. Hatcher.

Anna attended class of 1969 at Tipton High School. She worked at Stride Rite Shoe Factory for fifteen years and then at White’s Cleaners for over twenty years.

She was a charter member of the American Legion Post 642 Ladies Auxiliary, Sedalia, MO, and was a member of the VFW Post 2591 Ladies Auxiliary, Sedalia, MO.

Her hobbies included crocheting, sewing, gardening, cooking, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Anna loved the Lord and was a Godly woman. She was a member of Hopewell Baptist Church in Quincy.

She will be remembered as a beautiful, loving, caring and giving person. She was very family oriented, loved her grandkids, and had many friends. She will be greatly missed.

Surviving are her husband, Gregory Hatcher of the home; three sons, Kenneth McDonald Jr. (Sloan) of Adrian, MO, Lance McDonald (Samantha) of Alexander, N.D., and Marty Miller (Bobbie) of Sedalia; two stepdaughters, Rebecca Abas of Milpitas, CA, and Shelly Max (Artie) of Madera, CA; a stepson, Gregory Lee Hatcher of Osceola; sixteen grandchildren, Wesley, Coty, Skyler, Tracyann, Ariah, Preston, Airianna, Norman, Israel, Monique, Jackson, Roy, Orion, Onyx, Victoria and Iris; five great-grandchildren, Oliver, Fallon, Loretta, Konner and Bradley; and five siblings, Kathy Wright, Joe Brandl (Donna), Audrey Williams (Mike), Janet Green (Steve), and Oliver Brandl Jr. (Karen).

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ollie and Eula; a daughter, Tracy McDonald; a granddaughter, Brooke; a brother, James Brandl; and two brothers-in-law, Robert Wright and Michael Hatcher.

The family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, March 23, 2021, at Meisenheimer Funeral Home in Tipton, MO, where the funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Rev. Neal Brooks will officiate.

Burial will be in the Tipton Masonic Cemetery.

Casket bearers will be Wesley McDonald, Coty McDonald, Preston Miller, Ryan Brandl, Jimmy Williams and Mike Williams.

Honorary bearers will be Oliver Brandl Jr., Joe Brandl and Steve Green.

Memorials are suggested to Hopewell Baptist Church, in care of Meisenheimer Funeral Home.
