Agnes L. Lemler

Agnes L. Lemler, age 93, of Smithton, died Thursday, July 19, 2012, at the Fair View Nursing Home in Sedalia.
She was born October 24, 1918, in Florence, a daughter of Bennie F. and Amelia K. Rasa Klein. On September 8, 1936, in Kansas City, Kansas, Agnes was united in marriage to Lee E. Lemler, who preceded her in death September 5, 2008.
She was a homemaker, busy raising three children and helping her husband on the farm.
Agnes was a member of the Florence United Methodist Church.
She enjoyed quilting, playing cards and working in the garden.
Survivors include three children, Norma Jean Bremer and her husband Bob, Bobbie L. Lemler and his wife Beverly and Donnie W. Lemler and his wife Bonnie all of Smithton; one sister, Roma M. Herndon of Smithton; ten grandchildren, Terry, Debra, Lisa, Kevin, Bill, Mike, Steve, Debora, Brenda and Melissa, fifteen great grandchildren, along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Wilbert Klein and one granddaughter, Barbara.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 21, at the Scrivner-Morrow Funeral Home in Stover with friends received from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Rev. Gene Page will officiate. Interment will be in the Florence United Methodist Cemetery in Florence.
